    STUFFED FLANK STEAK

    List of Ingredients


    • Bread stuffing:
    • 2 cups bread crumbs
    • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
    • 2 Tbsp. margarine
    • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • pepper
    • 1 can mushrooms
    • 2 Tbsp. ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325, then prepare stuffing. Spread on flank steak and roll up, fastening with a string or skewers. Bake in small roasting pan or uncovered casserole for 30 minutes or until browned. Pour mushrooms and catsup over the top. Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
