- Bread stuffing:
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325, then prepare stuffing. Spread on flank steak and roll up, fastening with a string or skewers. Bake in small roasting pan or uncovered casserole for 30 minutes or until browned. Pour mushrooms and catsup over the top. Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
