List of Ingredients
- 2 cups all bran
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 4 cups Bran Buds
- 1 lb. seedless raisins
Instructions
- Pour water over All Bran and let stand. Cream shortening and sugar. Add and combine remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator (keeps 6 weeks). Don’t stir. Spoon gently into muffin tins. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
