    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups all bran
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 1 cup shortening
    • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 4 eggs beaten
    • 1 quart buttermilk
    • 5 cups flour
    • 5 tsp. soda
    • 4 cups Bran Buds
    • 1 lb. seedless raisins


    Instructions


    1. Pour water over All Bran and let stand. Cream shortening and sugar. Add and combine remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator (keeps 6 weeks). Don’t stir. Spoon gently into muffin tins. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
