- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- salt
Instructions
- Combine and mix wet ingredients. Combine and mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry and mix. Cook on hot griddle.
Final Comments
This recipe also works as well for waffles.
