SOUR CREAM LEMON PIE

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; slowly stir in milk, bring to a boil and thicken. Blend in egg yolks, lightly beaten and cook 2 minutes. Add butter, lemon peel, and juice; then fold in sour cream and pour into pie shell.
