• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  
• dash salt
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 3 egg yolks
  
• 4 Tbsp. butter
  
• 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  






Instructions



1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; slowly stir in milk, bring to a boil and thicken. Blend in egg yolks, lightly beaten and cook 2 minutes. Add butter, lemon peel, and juice; then fold in sour cream and pour into pie shell.
