    • Sauce:
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • white wine and/or lemon juice
    • sour cream
    • capers


    Instructions


    1. Boil a chicken, take the meat off the bones, and reserve broth. Make a sauce with the butter, flour, broth, and wine/lemon juice. Add chicken and when this is heated, add the sour cream and don’t cook any more. Fresh mushrooms are good with this – sauté in butter at the very end.
