    • 1 cup butter
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 cups unsifted flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1/2 cup golden raisins
    • 1 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Beat butter, eggs sugar, and vanilla. Alternately, add dry ingredients and sour cream, then nuts and raisins. Put into a greased and floured Bundt pan and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon (I put 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup sugar into a shaker and reserve for this). Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done by testing with tester. Leave in pan 1 hour before turning out. Then sprinkle more of the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the overturned cake. Serve with cream cheese if desired.
