List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 12 oz. can corn niblets
- 10 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- garlic
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in frying pan. Add tomatoes (chopped or mashed), corn, mushrooms, and seasonings. Cook until good and bubbling hot. Add rice, cover and let stand for at least 5 minutes. Cook longer, if necessary to evaporate some of the water.
