CUCUMBER-SOUR CREAM SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- paprika or coarse ground pepper
Instructions
- Two or three hours or longer before serving, slice cucumbers, onion and pepper very thinly. Put into a bowl, sprinkle with salt, then refrigerate. Mix vinegar, sugar, and sour cream and set aside. Before serving, drain vegetables and stir them about in the dressing; garnish with paprika or pepper shaken over.
