    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
    • 3/4 to 1 cup oil
    • 2-3 Tbsp. Vinegar* or lemon juice
    • * (I use either rice vinegar or white wine vinegar)


    Instructions


    1. Put all ingredients in the blender except for the oil. Blend at high speed. This mixture gets very thick and you may have to stop the blender and stir with a spatula before the last 1/4 cup of oil is added. Then continue blending. Add as you prefer: pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dill. (I use garlic powder and dill; sometimes the other spices.
