- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
- 3/4 to 1 cup oil
- 2-3 Tbsp. Vinegar* or lemon juice
- * (I use either rice vinegar or white wine vinegar)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blender except for the oil. Blend at high speed. This mixture gets very thick and you may have to stop the blender and stir with a spatula before the last 1/4 cup of oil is added. Then continue blending. Add as you prefer: pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dill. (I use garlic powder and dill; sometimes the other spices.
