List of Ingredients
- 2 level Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can red salmon, flaked
Instructions
- Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Then dissolve over hot water; add lemon juice. Add to other ingredients. Pour into mold. Let stand until firm.
