    • 1/2 roll Schneider’s salami or polish sausage, ground
    • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 onion, grated
    • garlic powder
    • enough ketchup to moisten
    • thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix meat, cheese and onion together; add ketchup and garlic powder. Spread onto halves of hamburger buns or English muffin halves. Broil until bubbly.
