- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. to 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beef cube, dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 beaten eggs
Instructions
- Add vinegar to dry ingredients and mix well. Add beaten eggs and cook over hot water until cooked like a soft custard. Pour into sterile jar with a cover. Keeps well unrefrigerated.
