List of Ingredients
- 1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Toss ingredients to mix well. Spoon into a greased 6 cup baking dish. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
