- 4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- warm milk
Instructions
- Mix as yeast dough; rise until double in bulk. Melt 100 g. sweet butter in baking pan Make 7 or 8 balls and wrap around plums (canned or fresh) with sugar or a sugar cube in the hollow in the centre. Seal edges. Roll in butter in pan and cook in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until brown. Serve with vanilla sauce (custard sauce).
