1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. flour
2 c. Rice KrispiesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together butter and cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
Blend in flour and Rice Krispies.
Form into balls the size of walnuts and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Dip a fork in water and flatten each ball.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not brown.
Serve warm or store in a tighly covered tin.
