    List of Ingredients




    3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 pounds Monterey Jack cheese, cubed or shredded
    1-10 oz. can Old El Paso tomatoes and green chiles
    2-4 oz. cans Old El Paso chopped green chiles, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    Hot pepper sauce
    1 cup milk
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt

    Recipe



    In double boiler combine butter or oil, flour and milk to make a cream sauce.
    Add cheese and cook over slow heat until melted.
    Add tomatoes and green chiles, chiles and onion.
    Season to taste with hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
    Serve with tostado chips.
