Deviled Eggs

3 eggs
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 TB mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. mustard powder Recipe
1. Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Cover and bring the water to a
boil.
Remove pan from heat and let stand, covered, for 25 minutes. Remove
cover,
drain off water and add cold tap water to eggs to cool completely. When
cool,
drain off the water.
2. Peel eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash
them
together in a small mixing bowl with paprika, mayonnaise, and dry
mustard.
Spoon mixture into the egg whites, and serve.
