List of Ingredients
3 oz. semisweet chocolate
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extractRecipe
Place chocolate with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
When chocolate has softened, beat mixture with a rotary beater until blended and mixture stops boiling.
Bring to a boil again and beat well over heat.
Bring to a boil a third time and beat over heat to produce as much foam as possible.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
