    1 c. butter, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c, self rising flour

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Cream ingredients.
    Fill greased miniature muffin pans with batter.
    Bake 18-20 minutes.
    Serve warm from the oven.
