    2 eggs
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 T vanilla
    1 cup pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, butter and brown sugar.
    Mix well.
    In another bowl combine flour, vanilla and pecans.
    Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
    Blend well.
    Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tins filling each half full.
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
