    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup warm water
    2 package dry yeast
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 t salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups warm milk
    Up to 7 cups flour

    Recipe



    In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix in oil, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add milk.
    Add three cups of flour.
    Stir until all flour is moist.
    Continue adding flour until dough is just sticky to touch.
    Shape into ball in bowl, cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and let rise 1/2 hour.
    Place 1/2 of dough on floured table top or bread board - knead and shape into loaf.
    Do same with other half.
    Place into loaf pans.
    Let rise until double (45 minutes).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    If you tap the bread on the top, it should sound hollow when done.
