1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp/ saltRecipe
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Mix flour and salt.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Roll on floured surface to 1/4".
Pierce with the tines of a fork and cut into 1" diamonds.
Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
