    List of Ingredients

    2 T. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1.2 cup flour

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Place butter in glass pie plate and put it in preheated oven until butter is melted.
    Mix eggs, milk and flour with wire wrisk until well combined.
    Pour mixture into pie plate with melted butter.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve with powder sugar and syrup.
