    1 1/2 cup oil
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    3 cups grated carrots
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt

    Frosting:
    1/2 stick butter
    3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 box powdered sugar
    chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and grated carrots.
    Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Bake in 9x13 greased pan 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Frosting:
    Mix all ingredients.
