Died and Gone to Heaven Cake

1 package Jiffy Chocolate Cake Mix
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. Cool Whip
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box instant French vanilla pudding
3 C. milk
Cool Whip for top
Chopped nutsRecipe
Mix cake according to package directions.
Bake in 9x13" pan for 18 to 20 minutes, let cool.
Beat cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread on cake.
Mix both packages of pudding together with 3 cups of milk.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then spread on cake.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
