    French Apple Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 deep-dish pie crust
    3/4 to 1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6-7 cups sliced apples
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup flour

    Recipe

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and sliced apples.
    Heap into pie crust.
    Mix together butter and brown sugar.
    Cut in flour.
    Pat onto apples.
    Bake at 425° for 50 minutes - 1 hour.
    If crust becomes brown, line with foil.
