    List of Ingredients




    Pastry for 1 crust
    1 lb. ground cooked ham
    1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    2 T green onion, sliced
    1/2 cup milk
    1 T prepared mustard
    1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 cup brown sugar

    Recipe



    Prepare pastry, fit into 9 inch pie plate.
    Combine ham, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, mustard and 1/2 cup of the pineapple.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spread ham mixture into pastry shell.
    Combine remaining pineapple and brown sugar.
    Spread over ham mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
