    Sherbet Pie in Coconut Crust

    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
    4 cups lime, raspberry, orange or lemon sherbet (or a mixture of flavors if you like)

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 325 degrees.
    Grease pie plate with butter.
    Press coconut firmly and evenly against the bottom and side of the pan with back of spoon.
    Bake in oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Scoop sherbet into the cooled crust.
    Serve right away.
