    List of Ingredients




    1 pie shell
    1-3 oz. package cream cheese
    1 qt. strawberries
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoon corn starch
    whipped cream

    Recipe



    Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie shell.
    Arrange 1/2 qt. berries on top of cream cheese.
    Mash other half of berries until juicy and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Heat berries until boiling, then add sugar and corn starch.
    Cool slightly then pour over berries in pie shell.
    Chill and serve with whipped cream.
