    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2 eggs
    ¼ cup oil
    ½ cup butter
    ½ cup milnot
    14 oz. caramels
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Prepare cake mix according to directions.
    Melt together butter, milnot and caramels, set aside.
    Pour half of the cake mix into a 9x13 pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Remove from oven and pour caramels mixture over entire cake.
    Sprinkle pecans, then chocolate chips over cake.
    Pour remaining batter over mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for additional 20 minutes.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
