This never fails and is so good.
List of Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
1-7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)Recipe
Butter sides from bottom to top of heavy 3 qt. pan.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in sauce pan.
Place over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips and stir rapidly until chocolate in melted.
Stir in marshmallow cream until it disappears.
Add nuts.
Pour quickly into 9x13 pan.
Chill uncovered to set.
Store at room temperature covered or wrap in foil and freeze.
