12 oz. bag chocolate chips
2 T. peanut butter
4 c. crispy rice cerealRecipe
Melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter in the microwave (start with 2 minutes on high, stir and keep cooking in 1 minute increments until smooth) or in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in cereal until well coated.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
