    This recipe can also be found on the back of the Bisquick box. My husband and I love it!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup bisquick
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Preheat over 400°.
    Grease 9" pie plate.
    Cook ground beef and onion until meat is done.
    Drain meat.
    Stir in salt.
    Put in pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Stir egg, milk and bisquick in separate bowl.
    Pour mixture on top of cheese-meat mixure.
    Bake 25 minutes until brown on top.
