    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cups mayo.
    1-2 lbs. package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 white onion, chopped
    1-3 ounce jar real bacon bits

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    In the microwave, melt cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl.
    Stir in mayo, potatoes and onions.
    Spread in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with bacon bits.
    Bake for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
