Sour Cream Noodle Bake

List of Ingredients
8 oz. package noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseRecipe
Cook noodles in salted water; rinse in cold water and drain.
Brown meat in margarine; then add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles.
Add to mixture; put in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°.
Serves 8 generously.
