    Enough graham cracker to line bottom of jelly roll pan
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1 cup Parkay
    1 cup brown sugar

    Glorious Grahams
    Arrange graham crackers to line the bottom of a jelly roll pan. I usually break them in half, and actually cut narrow pieces to fit exactly, so there are no big gaps.
    Set oven to 350 degrees.
    While oven is pre-heating, chop pecans to make one cup. Put one cup Parkay in a small sauce pan and melt.
    Add one cup of brown sugar and the chopped pecans.
    Bring to a boil, and stir and gently boil for one minute.
    Pour the pecan mix over the graham crackers and bake for exactly 12 minutes.
    Carefully remove from the pan to a wire rack to cool.
