    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 lbs. 2.25 oz. box butter recipe cake mix
    Powdered sugar for dipping

    Recipe



    Beat butter, vanilla, egg and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Mix in dry cake mix.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Lightly coat cookie sheet with cooking spray.
    Drop batter by teaspoon in bowl of powdered sugar.
    Roll into balls.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
