Cold & Crunchy Ice Cream

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups rice krispies
1 can coconut
1 cup pecans, broken
1 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
Recipe
Melt butter in 15x9 inch baking pan.
Blend in rice krispies, coconut and pecans and toast in oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
Stir occassionally and brown evenly.
Remove from oven and add brown sugar stirring until well blended.
Cool.
Set aside 1/2 of mixture and press remainder in bottom of pan.
Slice ice cream in one inch slices and cover bottom of pan over crunch mix.
Sprinkle remaining crunch mix over ice cream and freeze.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Slice in squares.
