    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 T. shortening
    2-3 T. ice water
    1/2-3/4 cup apple filling
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Stir together flour and salt, add shortening.
    Mix in with pastry blender until little crumbs form.
    Stir in water 1 T. at a time until moist with fork.
    Work into ball, roll out dough, 1/8" thick, place filling, sugar and cinnamon, fold in half and lift up and put on cookie sheet, water edges and trim, push down edges with fork.
    Make wholes on top with fork.
    Cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
