6 T. seedless red raspberry preserves
2 c. whipping cream
4 T. powdered sugarRecipe
In large mixer bowl, beat preserve with 3 T. of whipping cream.
Beat in powdered sugar.
With mixer at medium speed, beat in remaining whipping cream.
Increase speed to high and beat until soft peaks form.
