    Makes 12 servings

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups strawberries, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    13.6 oz. package fat free pound cake, cut into 12 slices
    1 1/2 cup cold fat free milk
    4-serving size Jell-O Brand Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
    8 oz. Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

    Recipe



    Toss strawberries with sugar in medium bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
    Cut each pound cake slice in half.
    Place 12 of the pound cake pieces on individual dessert dishes.
    Pour milk into large bowl.
    Add dry pudding mix.
    Beat with wire whisk 1 minute or until well blended.
    Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.
    Spoon 2 Tbsp. of the strawberries over each cake piece.
    Top with 1/4 cup of the pudding.
    Top with additional cake piece, strawberries and 2 Tbsp. whipped topping.
    Serve immediately or regfrigerate until ready to serve.
