    Strawberry Peach Crumble

    List of Ingredients




    4 to 6 ripe peaches, cut into slices
    1 pint strawberries, quartered
    1 tablespoon cinnamon or ginger, divided
    2/3 cup sugar, divided
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat over to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl, combine peach slices, strawberry quarters, 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon or ginger and all bu one tablespoon of sugar.
    Gently toss together, then pour into a round or oblong baking dish.
    Place butter pieces randomly over fruit.
    Open dough container and remove four biscuits.
    Gently pry each in half and arrange over the top of the fruit.
    Sprinkle the top with remaining sugar and cinnamon or ginger.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
