1 beef brisket
1/4 Wishbone Italian salad dressing
4 cans Franco American beef gravy
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mixRecipe
Line roasting pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Place brisket on foil.
Pour dressing over meat.
Top with onion soup and gravy.
Close foil and cook 1 hour per pound at 300 degrees.
After roasting, cool meat 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Rewarm meat in gravy.
