    List of Ingredients




    12 ounce box of elbow macaroni
    4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    Salt & pepper to taste
    6 teaspoons butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk

    Recipe



    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Spray 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Layer half of the macaroni in the dish.
    Sprinkle with two cups cheese, salt and pepper.
    Place three tablespoons of butter around the top.
    Put the rest of the macaroni, cheese, salt, pepper and buter on the top.
    In a large measuring cup, whisk together the eggs and milk.
    Pour over the casserole.
    The milk line should be about 1/4 inch to 1/2 ince from the top layer of macaroni.
    Add more milk if necessary.
    Bake at 350 degrees of 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
