1 cup carrots, 1/4" diagonal slices
1 cup broccoli flowerettes
6 oz. pea pods
8 oz. fettucine
3 cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp. basil
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Steam carrots, broccoli and pea pods until crisp, tender and cool.
Cook pasta in chicken broth, just until tender, drain and cool.
Combine vegetables and pasta.
Add basil to prepared salad dressing.
Toss gently into pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serves 4-6.
