    List of Ingredients




    1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1/2 large red onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    12 oz. package spiral medley (skroodles) drain and cool
    1 can pitted black olives, cut in half
    1 package cooked frozen snow peas
    1 dozen cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1 can artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 lb. salami or seafood

    Recipe



    Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and set aside.
    Boil celery, onion, green pepper and pasta until tender.
    Add to marinade mixture and let set overnight.
    Just before serving toss with black olives, snow peas, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, dressing, cheese and salami or seaford.
