    List of Ingredients




    17 oz. package spaghetti
    2 Tbl. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1-8 oz. tomato sauce
    1-8 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    2 eggs well beaten
    3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. sugar

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti, rinse and drain.
    Toss with butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
    Press into greased 10 inch pie dish forming crust.
    Brown meat, onion-drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, paste, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon over spaghetti.
    Spoon sour cream on top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes.
    Let stand 5 mintues before serving.
