1 cup baking mix (carbsense "0" carbs)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cup water
oregano, red pepper, basil, cheese (optional things to add to the crust
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together, and add few drops of water, if needed. It will be a little crumbly.
Press into a greased pizza pan, or cookie sheet. It won't be real thick, and takes some time, to get it pressed into shape, but it doesn't taste like soy, and it isn't just melted cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees, for 10 minutes, and remove, to add toppings. Return to oven and bake 5-10 minutes longer, until heated through.
