    1 package active dry yeast
    1 cup warm water
    2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    2 T. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    Pizza sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    Additional toppings as desired

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl.
    Stir in flour, oil, sugar and salt.
    Beat vigorously by hand 20 strokes.
    Let rest 5 minutes.
    Press crust onto pizza pan or cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
    Top crush with pizza sauce, cheese and any additional toppings.
    Bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust in golden brown.
