    List of Ingredients




    10-12 oz. loose fresh spinach
    Head lettuce to suit
    4 hard boiled eggs
    8 slices crisp bacon
    1 tsp. sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 box uncooked frozen peas
    1 medium onion chopped

    Dressing:
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    6 oz. shredded swiss cheese

    Recipe



    Mix dressing and let stand for 24 hours before adding to salad.
    In 9x13 pan toss spinach and lettuce
    Add eggs, bacon, sugar, salt, pepper, peas and onion.
